Composite Bonding

Composite Bonding

Composite resin is a white filling material that can be bonded to existing tooth structure.  We careful select a shade that matches and can use the material to fix chipped teeth, close gaps between front teeth, or remove stains.  The procedure is minimally invasive and often does not require anesthesia. Due to the foods we eat and things we drink composites over time can discolor or stain.  It is important to know that bondings tend to break down and discolor over time and will need to be replaced. Porcelain crowns or veneers are an excellent stable long term alternative.
